A Blessed New Term
Reformed Evangelical Seminary is delighted to wish you all a blessed New Year as we begin our new Incarnation (Winter) Term 2024!
Anno Domini 2024 and our Incarnation Term started with a bang on Tuesday, January 2, with our exciting new Church Enrichment course, “The Eldership and the Church Session,” team-taught by Pastors Randy Booth, David Hatcher, and Rob Hadding. More than 80 students from as far away as the Philippines and Eastern Europe registered for this special 10-week course. The class got off to a great start Tuesday evening with a full house!
Wednesday evening begins the second installment of Biblical Greek (Greek II) taught by Pastor Brittain Brewer, of Oregon City, OR, who is pursuing his Ph.D. in New Testament.
Then, on Thursday the “Theology of Worship” course starts. This important study covers the biblical foundations for corporate worship, the sacraments, and liturgy as Christianized culture of Christian worship. It is taught by Pastor Jeff Meyers, of Providence Reformed Church, St. Louis, MO, the author of The Lord’s Service: The Grace of Covenant Renewal Worship (2003).
These three Incarnation Term courses run from early January to mid-March, 2024. If you’re interested in taking RES courses this coming spring, registration opens in February. Contact us soon about regular admissions and/or access to the non-matriculating Church Enrichment courses.
